Wild Alaska Salmon Pizza

Switch up your pizza game and bring the flavors of Alaska to your table! The Wild Alaska Salmon Pizza is a fusion of Alaskan freshness and Italian comfort, with silky salmon stealing the spotlight alongside cream cheese and fresh herbs.

Featuring Alaska Seafood

Ingredients

500 g	Alaska wild salmon fillet (skinless)
2 packs	mini mozzarella (125 g each)
2	frozen pizzas, e.g. Margeritha
80 g	baby rocket
1 tsp	balsamic cream
1 tsp	lemon juice
	salt

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the salmon, pat dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt.
Step 2
Drain the mozzarella balls and cut in half. Place the pizzas on two baking trays or baking racks lined with baking paper, top with the salmon and mozzarella halves and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes (depending on the pizza) until crispy.
Step 3
Wash the rocket and spin dry. Cut the pizzas into pieces, top with the rocket, drizzle with balsamic cream and serve.
