From October 12–14, the international bar and beverage industry gathers in Berlin for Bar Convent Berlin. Bartenders, bar owners, distributors, and spirits producers from around the world come together to discover new products and the latest trends in mixology.

From October 17–21, SIAL Paris returns to Paris-Nord Villepinte as one of the world’s leading food innovation trade shows. Producers, distributors, and importers from across the globe come together to explore the latest trends shaping the future of food.

From November 10–12, Nuremberg becomes the meeting point for the international beverage industry at BrauBeviale. From raw materials to packaging and point-of-sale, the entire beverage production chain comes together to showcase innovations.

On November 15, the NFL returns to Munich’s Allianz Arena as the Detroit Lions face the New England Patriots. Alongside the game, the city puts together an extensive supporting program.

On December 18 and 20, the NHL Global Series returns to Germany as the Ottawa Senators face the Chicago Blackhawks at Düsseldorf’s PSD Bank Dome,  the first regular-season NHL games in Germany since 2011.

Cologne turns into the world’s confectionery capital each January as ISM opens its halls to chocolatiers, snack producers, and packaging innovators. Visitors can taste everything from handcrafted pralines to the latest trend snacks, while the Expert Stage covers consumer shifts like better-for-you indulgence and functional snacking. The newly launched ISM Ingredients section adds a dedicated space for raw materials and semi-finished products, rounding out the full value chain under one roof.

Growers, exporters, and retailers from over 90 countries fill Berlin’s exhibition halls for Fruit Logistica, the fresh produce industry’s biggest annual gathering. The show spans the entire value chain, from cultivation techniques and cold-chain logistics to packaging design and retail merchandising. The Fresh Produce Forum tackles pressing topics like climate resilience and shifting consumer habits, giving visitors a look at where the industry is headed next.

Biofach is where the global organic food scene compares notes, with certified producers presenting everything from organic wines to natural cosmetics across the fairgrounds. Tastings and sensory stations let visitors sample fermented foods, gut-health drinks, and other emerging organic categories firsthand. All products on display must meet strict EU Organic or IFOAM certification standards, making the show a reliable barometer of where certified organic is heading next.

Winemakers, distillers, and importers descend on Düsseldorf each March for ProWein, widely considered the wine and spirits trade’s most important meeting point. Beyond the tasting halls, special areas like the Organic World and Champagne Lounge let visitors explore niche categories in depth, while ProWein Zero focuses entirely on the growing no- and low-alcohol segment. Buyers use the show to lock in new listings well ahead of the summer season.

Seafood buyers, processors, and logistics providers from more than 80 countries gather in Barcelona for what’s widely regarded as the seafood industry’s largest annual event. Aisle after aisle showcase fresh, frozen, and value-added seafood alongside processing technology and traceability tools. The Seafood Excellence Global Awards recognize standout new products each year, and the Innovation Theatre gives a stage to emerging aquaculture solutions.

The world’s best women’s tennis players trade the hard courts for grass each June at the Berlin Tennis Open, a warm-up tournament ahead of Wimbledon held at the historic LTTC “Rot-Weiß” club in Grunewald. Beyond the matches, the grounds host a full supporting program with player meet-and-greets, on-site dining, and family activities throughout the week.
