Pecan Deviled Eggs

These eggs combine smooth and crispy textures in every bite. The creamy yolk filling is seasoned with Dijon mustard and a hint of lemon, creating a flavorful base. Finished with a sprinkle of chopped American Pecans for crunch. Enjoy this classic appetizer dish!

Featuring American Pecans

Ingredients

4	hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp	coarse mustard (or more to taste)
2 tbsp	chives, minced
1/2 tsp	kosher salt
1/4 tsp	black pepper
32 g	fresh pecan pieces

Step 1
Slice hard boiled eggs in half and remove yolks to a small bowl.
Step 2
Add mustard, chives, salt and pepper to the yolks and mix together with a fork. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Step 3
Spoon yolk mixture back into egg whites.
Step 4
Top with pecan pieces and serve.
