Walnut Chocolate Mousse with Avocado

Walnuts pureed with sweet cocoa, honey, and avocado makes for one rich and creamy plant-based mousse. Featuring California Walnuts.

Ingredients

360 gsweet walnut spread
3 tbsp.cocoa powder (sweetened)
2 tbsp.honey
2 tsp.vanilla extract
1ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
optional:honey, fresh raspberries and California walnuts (chopped and glazed)

  1. Step 1

    Puree California walnut spread, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla and avocado in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Spoon into small bowls.

  3. Step 3

    Drizzle with honey and garnish with raspberries and glazed walnuts, if desired.
