
Walnut Cheesecake
This Walnut Cheesecake features a crunchy crust of California Walnuts and biscuits with a smooth filling of cream cheese, cream and chopped walnuts. After baking, the cake is topped with a layer of caramelised walnuts and maple syrup.

| 400 g | sour cream | |
| 600 g | yoghurt cream cheese | |
| 150 g + 1 tbsp | sugar | |
| 50 g | cornstarch | |
| 1 | egg (size M) | |
| 200 g | heavy cream | |
| 1 packet | vanilla sugar | |
| 100 ml | maple syrup | |
