Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps are a staple at some of our favorite Asian restaurants. Our version is healthier than take-out and ready in under an hour.

Ingredients
450 g | lean ground turkey | |
2 tbsp | finely chopped fresh ginger | |
4 tsp | soy sauce | |
2 tsp | Asian sesame oil | |
170 g | finely chopped pitted Prunes | |
2 tbsp | sweetened coconut flakes | |
2 tbsp | chopped dry roasted peanuts | |
2 tbsp | sliced green onion | |
1 tbsp | chopped cilantro | |
8 | butter lettuce leaves | |
For the Dipping Sauce: | ||
60 ml | water | |
2 tbsp | Thai fish sauce | |
1 1/2 tsp | sugar | |
1 | clove garlic finely chopped | |
1/4 tsp | fresh lime juice | |
