Spirited Sunrise

Spirited Sunrise is a gin-based drink blended with elderflower liqueur and hibiscus syrup. A splash of champagne and lemon juice adds a refreshing twist that elevates the sipping experience.

Ingredients

1.5 ozBowling & Burch New World Gin
.5 ozElderflower Liqueur
.5 ozMonin Hibiscus Syrup
.75 ozLemon Juice
2 ozChampagne
Grapefruit for Garnish

  1. Step 1

    Shake over ice.

  2. Step 2

    Top off with champagne.

  3. Step 3

    Roll. Strain into coupe glass.

  4. Step 4

    Garnish with grapefruit twist.
