Old West Sunset

This tropical cocktail is made with Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey and combined with the tropical and sweet flavors of pineapple juice, some fresh lime juice and Breckenridge Sherry Cask Finish/tart cherry syrup. Garnish with sliced pineapple, grilled spam, and an eye-catching orchid.

Ingredients

2 ozBreckenridge Bourbon
1 ozpineapple juice
1 ozBreckenridge Sherry Cask Finish/tart cherry syrup*
1/2 ozfresh lime juice
2 dashes smoked orange bitters

Garnish

pineapple
grilled spam
orchid

  1. Step 1

    Serve over ice.

  2. Step 2

    *Sherry/tart cherry syrup: over medium heat add 2 oz Breckenridge Sherry Cask Finish, 6 oz tart cherry juice and 8 oz sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, bottle, and refrigerate.
