Slow Roasted Butter Texas Pecans

Ingredients

60 g	unsalted butter, diced small
460 g	whole shelled Texas pecans
1 tbsp	sea salt

Step 1
Heat oven to 121°C.
Step 2
Place butter and pecans in a baking pan (23x33cm). Place pan in oven and bake 15 minutes.
Step 3
Remove pan from oven, stir to distribute butter evenly throughout pecans and return pan to oven. Repeat baking and stirring every 15 minutes 3 more times for a total baking time of 1 hour.
Step 4
After 1 hour of baking, remove pecans from oven, sprinkle with salt and let cool completely. Enjoy immediately or store in an air-tight container.
