Signature Drink Manhattan

This recipe uses a bourbon from Virginia to mix one of the most iconic aperitifs – the Manhattan.

Featuring Distilled Spirits from the U.S.

Ingredients

6 cl	Appalachian Distillery Bourbon from West Virginia
2 cl	Pontica Red Vermouth
3	dashes Angostura Bitters
2	Real Maraschino Cherry

Step 1
Mix the ingredients in a cocktail mixer.
Step 2
Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Pour into a martini glass and, if available, add one Maraschino cherry per glass. Serve.
