Salty Wahine Roasted Vegetables

The very simple recipe submitted by Salty Wahine Gourmet Hawaiian Sea Salts LLC is so as easy to make as delicious to taste.

Featuring North Carolina Sweet Potatoes and USA Potatoes

Ingredients

	4 potatoes
	sweet potatoes
	radish
	beets
	parsnips
	carrots
	sweet onion, sliced
100 ml	olive oil
50 g	Salty Wahine Gourmet Hawaiian Sea Salts Hawaiian Rub

Step 1
Cut the vegetables into cubes.
Step 2
Put olive oil and half of the Hawaiian Rub in bowl.
Step 3
Add potatoes and onion and toss until coated.
Step 4
Transfer to a bake pan.
Step 5
Bake at 170 ° C for ½ hour, stir and add other half of Hawaiian Rub.
Step 6
Add olive oil if needed and bake for another ½ hour till outside of potatoes are crisp and inside is soft.
