Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 205°C.

2. Season the cleaned peppers with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish.

3. Then, bake the peppers for 20 minutes.

Cheesesteak filling

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

2. Add onions and mushrooms and sauté them for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Slice the steak and season it.

5. Add the meat to the skillet and cook it for 3 minutes.

6. Place one provolone slice of cheese and broil the peppers for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

7. Garnish with parsley and serve them.
