
Oatmeal with brown Butter Glazed Pears and Walnuts
This warm oatmeal porridge is perfectly for colder autumn mornings and made with firm but ripe pears.

| 40 g | cups quick-cooking rolled oats | |
| 1/2 tsp | cinnamon | |
| 1/2 tsp | kosher salt (divided) | |
| 4 tbsp | butter | |
| 0,5 kg | firm but ripe pears, such as Bosc or Concorde, halved, cored and cut into wedges | |
| 75 ml | pear hard cider | |
| 55 g | coarsely chopped walnuts | |
| 2 tbsp | honey | |
