Mac no Cheese Balls with Ketchup
The Mac and Cheese classic turned into a bite-sized, vegan goodness. Prepared with California Almonds, the Mac no Cheese Balls are a special savory snack created by GOOD n` Vegan, a purely vegan delivery service in Berlin that will operate throughout Germany in the future. Chef Steffen Sinzinger is the creative mind behind the menu, having spent months working on the purely plant-based menu with his team of ten and consultant Alon Shamir. The recipe serves 4 portions.
