Honey Paprika California Almonds

These sweet and savory almonds are the right recipe for every sophisticated snack-lover.

Ingredients

5 kg	almonds, whole
250 ml	honey
100 ml	olive oil
50 ml	sunflower oil
50 g	smoked peppers
50 g	fennel seeds

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together so that the nuts are well coated with the liquid ingredients.
Step 2
Place the nuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 170°C and roast the nuts for 30 minutes until they are dry and crispy.
