Grilled Strawberry Ricotta Cream with Walnuts

Ingredients

1	lemon
750 g	strawberries
3 tbsp.	brown sugar
100 g	Californian walnuts
200 g	whipping cream
250 g	ricotta
2 packets	vanilla sugar
4	chocolate cookies (approx. 15 g each)
	Mint to decorate

Step 1
Wash the lemon while hot, cut the fruit in half and squeeze out the juice. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into quarters or halves, depending on their size. Mix the strawberries, lemon juice and 2 tbsp sugar. Refrigerate for approx. 30 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, roughly chop the Californian walnuts. Whip the cream, ricotta and vanilla sugar with the whisk of a mixer. Fold the nuts into the ricotta cream.
Step 3
Drain the strawberries and divide into 4 ovenproof dishes (approx. 12 x 12 cm each). Loosely spread the ricotta cream on top. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. brown sugar. Grill on the hot grill for approx. 5 minutes. Remove the grilled cream from the grill, leave to cool and arrange. Coarsely crumble the cookies and sprinkle over the top. Decorate with mint.
