Grape Rosemary Spritzers

It doesn’t take much to create a sophisticated and aromatic beverage. These nonalcoholic Grape Rosemary Spritzers are here to prove it. All you need is a bit of rosemary, some California Grapes, sparkling water and ice. With its delicate balance of fruity richness and herbal complexity, these grape spritzers offer a simple yet elegant refreshment option that keeps you hydrated in a fun and flavorful way.

Ingredients

8	sprigs of rosemary, about 15cm long
24	whole grapes
2 liters	sparkling water
190 g	sliced grapes
	Ice

Step 1
Partially strip rosemary branches, leaving 8-10 cm of greenery at the top. Skewer three grapes on each branch.
Step 2
Pour sparkling water into a large pitcher. Add sliced grapes and stir.
Step 3
Fill eight glasses with ice and grape sparkling water.
Step 4
Garnish each drink with a grape-rosemary skewer.
