Cowboy Steak & Roast Rub

Have your steak taste like you’re on the open range with this Cowboy Steak and Roast Rub.

Ingredients

2 tsp	sweet paprika
1-1/2 tsp	dried thyme leaves
1 tsp	garlic powder
1 tsp	onion powder
1/2 tsp	salt (optional)
1/2 tsp	pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in small bowl; press evenly onto beef steak(s) or roast.
Step 2
Grill, pan-broil or broil steaks; place roast in oven and cook according to chart. Cook to medium rare (65°C) to medium (70°C) doneness.
