Calcified U.S. Sweet Potato Marmelade
This is not a typical recipe for a marmalade but we are convinced that jam will surely add a special note to a cozy weekend brunch. The marmalade can be used on bread, as a topping on ice cream or yoghurt sorbet or as part of a dessert.
