Bacon Old Fashioned

Bacon does not only make breakfast tasty, its flavor also goes well with bourbon. Together they make an exciting drink – the secret is fat-washing.

Ingredients

70 ml	FEW Bourbon
	bacon fat
5 ml	Burnt Caramel Syrup
3	dashes Mr. Susan Bitters Mix

Step 1
Mix the bacon fat washed bourbon, the burnt caramel syrup and three dashes of bitters.
Step 2
Serve best over ice.
Step 3
As an optional garnish you can use a slice of crispy bacon.
