Smokey U.S. Whiskey Sour

Traditionally, a whiskey sour is not a vegan drink – but this tasty version is. Because this recipe replaces the egg whites and uses aquafaba instead.

Ingredients

1,5 cl	salty caramel syrup
2,5 cl	lemon water
1 cl	Scotch
5 cl	Bulleit 10 Bourbon
	Aquafaba

Step 1
Add all ingredients except Aquafaba to the shaker. Dry shake without ice.
Step 2
Add a few drops of Aquafaba at the end.
Step 3
Before serving, shake the bottle (shaker) vigorously for 10 seconds.
Step 4
Pour into the glass on ice cubes. The foam will hold like a sour with egg white.
