Scallops with Parsley and Garlic from The Grill Pan
This dish works particularly well when cooked in a cast iron pan on the grill. If you don’t have a cast iron pan at hand, you can also use a normal pan on a cooking plate in your kitchen.
|16||Atlantic Sea Scallops, each approx. 20g, dabbed dry with kitchen paper|
|4 tbsp||olive oil|
|1||large clove of garlic, peeled, very finely chopped|
