Holiday Pistachio Bark

Left with heaps of white chocolate? Try this pistachio bark recipe by Cobi Kanani, made with creamy white chocolate and topped with the perfect combination of crunchy American Pistachios.

Ingredients

900gwhite chocolate
65 g chopped pistachios
45 gchopped dried cranberries
1 tsppink himalayan salt

  1. Step 1

    Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.

  2. Step 2

    Stir in half of the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.

  3. Step 3

    Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with the remaining pistachios, cranberries, and pink salt.

  4. Step 4

    Freeze for 30 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Cut into squares and serve.
