Ingredients

2	Florida Grapefruit (1 sliced grapefruit and 1 grapefruit for the juice)
30 ml	ginger juice
30 ml	cane syrup
1	egg white
3 drops	Tabasco
5-6	ice cubes

Step 1
Squeeze the juice from one grapefruit and place into a shaker. Add the ginger, cane syrup, egg white, Tabasco, and ice cubes.
Step 2
Shake vigorously until the ice cubes melt.
