Cranberry Popsicles

Cranberry Popsicles are a true refreshment for your eyes as much as for your stomach.

Featuring US Cranberries.

Ingredients

45 g	dried cranberries
60 ml	cranberry juice
140 g	fresh (or frozen strawberries)
1 tbsp	sugar
1/8 tsp	vanilla extract
4	popsicle molds

Step 1
Boil up cranberries, cranberry juice, strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Step 2
Puree and fill Popsicle molds.
Step 3
Tip: Alternatively, ice cream can also be frozen in plastic cups. Use a plastic spoon as a stick. Strawberries can be replaced by raspberries.
