California Almonds Nut Butter

This vegan almond butter is creamy and nutty and will give every slice of bread an upgrade.

Featuring California Almonds

Ingredients

2 kg	almonds
600 g	coconut blossom sugar
5 tsp.	maca
2 tsp.	cinnamon
2 tsp.	vanilla

Step 1
Crush the almonds and scale all other dry ingredients in a second bowl.
Step 2
Give the almonds slowly into a blender or mortar.
Step 3
Slowly add the coconut blossom sugar and the spices.
Step 4
Grind until the desired consistency is achieved.
