Baked Jack-O-Lantern Potatoes

No pumpkin carving required this year, instead do a baked potato-Jack-o-lantern style!

Featuring USA Potatoes 

Ingredients

6small to medium sized yellow potatoes
2 tbspolive oil or vegetable oil
1 tspkosher salt
1 tspblack pepper to taste

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C and cover the baking pan with foil.

  2. Step 2

    Using a paring knife carve a face into each potato, eyes, nose, and mouth.

  3. Step 3

    Toss potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper (to taste).

  4. Step 4

    Place them on the baking sheet face side up.

  5. Step 5

    Roast potatoes for 45 minutes or until tender.

  6. Step 6

    Serve with sauce or toppings of choice.

  7. Step 7

    Garnish with fresh rosemary.
