Walnut Cream

Walnuts and water pureed into a light and airy “cream”. A great dairy substitute and thickener for spreads, sauces, and desserts alike. Featuring California Walnuts.

Ingredients

300 gCalifornia walnuts
236 mlwater

  1. Step 1

    Puree walnuts and water in a blender or food processor until very smooth and light and fluffy.

  2. Step 2

    Cover and store in an airtight container until ready to use.

  3. Step 3

    Enjoy!
