Raspberry Rice Pudding

Ingredients

150 gcooked rice
2 tbspsugar
235 mlmilk
1 tspvanilla extract
30 gsliced almonds, toasted
110 gwhipped cream
125 gfresh raspberries (or other desired fruit)

  1. Step 1

    Combine rice, sugar and milk in 2l saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy (about 12 to 15 minutes), stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Cool.

  2. Step 2

    Fold in almonds and whipped cream.

  3. Step 3

    Alternate rice pudding and raspberries in parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
