Prune Infused Negroni

Infused with the natural sweetness of California Prunes, this twist on the classic aperitivo brings an earthy richness that pairs perfectly with gin and Figcello. A well-balanced cocktail with layers of sweet, bitter, and tangy notes, perfect for sipping in the warmth of a cozy winter evening.

Ingredients

	For the Prune Infusion:
300 g	California Prunes
240 ml	Jacks Gin #2
240 ml	Apero Americano Spritz
60 ml	Figcello
	To Garnish:
120 ml	Sweet Vermouth
1	Long orange spiral

Step 1
For the prune infusion, combine Gin, Apero, Figcello and prunes in a clean jar and let rest for 1 week. Strain the liquid.
Step 2
To serve, fill a low-ball glass with ice, add the prune infusion and vermouth and stir briefly.
Step 3
Gently squeeze the orange over the top, then garnish with an infused prune.
