Basic Hummus

Why buy hummus when you can easily make it yourself? This basic hummus recipe is simple, incredibly delicious, and a snack that can be enjoyed either by yourself or with others!

Ingredients

800 gcanned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 clovesgarlic, finely diced
65 gtahini
1 1/2 tspsalt
2 tbspolive oil
3 tbsplemon juice
pine nuts, for garnish

  1. Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.

  2. Step 2

    Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle pine nuts and additional olive oil on top before serving.

  3. Step 3

    Enjoy!
