Pecan pie gets a smoky, salty makeover in this show-stopping version, built on a flaky brown butter crust and filled with rich dulce de leche, toasted pecans and a whisper of mesquite smoked salt. A cinnamon-spiced custard ties it all together, while a drizzle of extra dulce de leche on top makes it as pretty as it is indulgent.
