
Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps are a staple at some of our favorite Asian restaurants. Our version is healthier than take-out and ready in under an hour.
Featuring California Prunes.
Ingredients
| 450 g | lean ground turkey | |
| 2 tbsp | finely chopped fresh ginger | |
| 4 tsp | soy sauce | |
| 2 tsp | Asian sesame oil | |
| 170 g | finely chopped pitted Prunes | |
| 2 tbsp | sweetened coconut flakes | |
| 2 tbsp | chopped dry roasted peanuts | |
| 2 tbsp | sliced green onion | |
| 1 tbsp | chopped cilantro | |
| 8 | butter lettuce leaves | |
For the Dipping Sauce: | ||
| 60 ml | water | |
| 2 tbsp | Thai fish sauce | |
| 1 1/2 tsp | sugar | |
| 1 | clove garlic finely chopped | |
| 1/4 tsp | fresh lime juice | |
